College of the Pleiades
Created in 2583 response to the violence of the Samarian Crusade and the Collapse of the Xihe Stellation to provide a diplomatic and legal clearinghouse for the problems created by interbeing ideological and astropolitical differences, and maintain and update a format and venue for interstellar negotiation and conflict resolution.
