Diplomatic action

Signed in 2240, the Tellus Treaty ended the North American Federation Conflict, replacing the World Congress of nation-states with the Union of Tellus. The treaty also established the independence of Ares Colony, Maragonek, Ganymede Colony and Davos on an equal basis with Tellus, and joined them under the Sol.Tellus Federation.
