Xihe Colony Fails to Achieve Alliance With Jian Lu

Xihe Colony sent an expedition to Jian Lu, to propose an alliance that would work on defining a Multi-World Entity framework. After several discussions, Jian Lu returned an ambiguous , but essentially negative, response. This is believed to have been a key incident enflaming Xihe's essentially imperialist approach to interstellar relations. Eventually this would lead to conflict and ultimately the destruction of the Colony in the Collapse of the Xihe Stellation.
