Criminal Activity

The Buccaneer Consortium was believed to be based at Vuzni, although the colonial Administration repudiated their existence. They consisted of several loosely-organized small flotillas of armed ships under the control of various criminal factions.

Beginning in 2482 the Consortium engaged in piracy on the Th'xinor Plot, and expanded to adjacent plots via available nexus connections. A combination counter-piracy action by affected shipping entities, pressure on (and ultimately from) the Nenque Alliance, and advances in shipping technology brought Buccaneer Consortium activity to a close by the end of the 25th Century.
