To monitor and control the development of firearms and other black powder technologies within The Second Oriana Imperium and Oros as a whole. The guild has been given authority to create and enforce laws in regards to firearms and black powder technologies by The Second Oriana Imperium, including making dangerous and evil weapons illegal.
