Basic Information

Anatomy

While they have a basic humanoid structure, their heads are fish-like and have webbed feet.

Ecology and Habitats

Kuo-toa generally live in the ocean but some have also been found in the underdark. There are also stories of a group of Kuo-toa working in the mines of Bhur Kohldur.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Kuo-Toa have exceptional darkvision. They can also sense invisble creatures and those on the Ethereal Plane while within 30 feet.
