Geography

Climate:

Temperate-arctic. Temperatures reach up to about 25 degrees Celsius in summer around the equator, and drop down to nearly 40 degrees Celsius below 0 in winter above the polar circles.

Surface:

Fairly flat, but high lands. Medium high mountains. About 50% open waters and another 15% frozen into glaciers at the poles. Landmass is about 40% forest, 40% tundra and 20% cultivated earth.

Weather:

It is often quite windy. Snowstorms might occur all year around, but more frequently during winter.

Has a rather limited diversity in flora and fauna. Most fauna is marine.
