Heavy Squadron

All right lads, listen up! The caster types have done their bit, and we're clear of any nasty magic or traps. What they say we're not clear of, however, is lots of big scary monsters between us and the heart of this infestation.

We all know what happens when there are big, scary monsters in the way - that's when they send in us. The bugbears that have set up in the mine are hunkered down, and there are at least five good ambush points we're going to have to go through. There are also goblins out in front of them - enough of them that they crossed from an annoyance to a serious threat.

Gili, I want your archers to crank up two heavy crossbows each - we won't have the room for bows, so leave them behind. Thrin, you're leading the charge - we do this fast but careful. We've got time to clear any corners, and with what these bastards did to the people of this village, I don't particularly want to let any of them get away.
