The Union Omninetwork Bureau oversees construction,
logistics, maintenance, and policy concerning
the omninet, omni-connected devices, and media
carried on the omninet. It works with a mandate to
ensure that the omninet is spread across the galaxy –
free, convenient, and accessible.
