Petyr Vallis
The first thing people notice when they meet Petyr is his eyes, pale blue and colder than the deepest space. His face and hands are marked with a lattice of tiny faded scars. He moves like a cat, balancing on the balls of his feet, always in motion. He has a strangely compelling, charismatic personality, but any Traveller with Science( psychology) or a high INT can tell that Petyr is a borderline psychopath.
