Andreas de Ruyter (a.k.a. The Bull)
An associate of Ulysses Klaue. Following Klaue's death at the hands of Eric Killmonger , he took control of the remains of Klaue's supply of stolen Vibranium, and attempted to sell it on the black market.
He was captured by the Avengers during the Ultron Offensive, and handed over to the South African authorities.
He is currently serving a 20 year sentence in Johannesburg Prison.
