Grundar
Grundar is the fifth planet from the sun in the Quat system.
The planet has a single sapient species, usually called the Grunds (although this is a back-formation from the planet, as the Grunds themselves do not have a word for their species, due to living in extremely insular tribal communities). They are a pre-FTL species, although several of the tribes are aware of the wider galaxy, and have the means of contacting off-worlders.
Ecosystem
The planet is 71% water, with much of the remainder of the planet being covered in dense forests. The planet has a high-oxygen atmosphere, resulting in multiple species of large dangerous megafauna.
