Lemurian Starr
A retrofitted destroyer-class ship originally used by S.H.I.E.L.D as a mobile command base.
During the Disolution of S.H.I.E.L.D., the ship was stolen by Richard Fisk's faction of HYDRA, and was used as HYDRA's primary base in the U.S.A. After his recapture by S.H.I.E.L.D, the Winter Soldier was briefly held on the Lemurian Star prior to being rescued by Captain America.
After the capture of Fisk, ownership of the ship is disputed between the CIA and U.S. Navy. It has been docked in the Port of New York while awaiting resolution.
