Matter Phase Shifter
The Matter Phase Shifter was created by the Phineas Mason, using a combination of Chitauri and Dark Elf technology. When attatched to a solid object, it converted any part of the object within it's range into a gaseous substance. Upon removing or deactivating the MPS, the object would return to its solid form.
It was used by Adrian Toomes and his crew in their heists, allowing them to get inside locked rooms or vehicles, such as when Toomes used it to trap Peter Parker inside a Damage Control truck.
