The Sanctuary II was a massive warship commanded by Thanos that served as his flag ship.

The Sanctuary II was armed with very powerful heavy laser cannons capable of decimating a planet with ease.
Hangars & docked vessels
At least four Q-Ships could dock with it at a time in two massive bays located under its lower wings.
The ship could also hold a multitude of Leviathans, Chitauri Chariots, and Necrocraft as well, which could be deployed from under its hull. It also contained hundreds of thousands of Chitauri, Sakaarans, and Outriders, along with hundreds of Outrider Dropships, and Chitauri Tanks.
