The Morse Papers
The documents, the oldest of which date back to the 1950s, exposed the infiltration of U.S-based Intelligence Agency S.H.I.E.L.D. by HYDRA.
As a result of the leak, Morse was charged with breaching the Espionage Act, and warrants for her arrest were issued. Although the leaks were widely agreed to be in the public interest, and S.H.I.E.L.D. was disbanded as a result of the leaks, this warrant has not been repealed. To date, Morse has not entered the U.S.A. or any country with a U.S. extradition treaty, and remains at large.
