While drunk, Brian Banner makes several allusions to his wife's murder to other bar patrons, one of whom called the police.
Brian and Bruce Banner are taken in for questionning, and the Banner's house was searched, Rebecca Banner's body being found buried in a shallow grave in the back garden. As a result, Brian was arrested, and Bruce was sent to a mental health inpatients facility.
