Peter Parker boards the Staten Island Ferry, searching for Mac Gargan and Herman Schultz.
He located Adrian Toomes, interupting the trade, and fighting Toomes's men. However, he was unable to stop Toomes escaping as he was arrested by the FBI, who had been tracking Toomes's activity.
Toomes was able to don the Vulture Exo-Suit, and freed his crew, but during the fight the Chitauri weapon he was selling malfunctioned, exploding.
