The Joint Dark Energy Mission, codenamed Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S., a joint venture between NASA, S.H.I.E.L.D., and the US Airforce, is set up to study possible the qualities and possible practical applications of the Tesseract.
The Joint Dark Energy Mission Facility is constructed to house the project.
