In response to the destruction of HYDRA Headquarters, Werner Reinhardt attempts to flee Germany with HYDRA weaponry.
Peggy Carter and the Howling Commandos conducted a raid on Research Facility 4, the last remaining active HYDRA instillation, and succeeded in capturing Reinhardt and many HYDRA artefacts, including a Kree Diviner.
During the raid, they free a number of prisoners, including Yiaying, the mother of Daisy Johnson.
