Skirttl

Skirttl was supposedly an emissary from a Sea Elf city called Myth Tarkir. He arrived at the Dunwater Lizardfolk Lair before the Monster Squad.  After the feast celebrating the Dunwater Alliance, he attempted (unsuccessfully) to assassinate Queen Othokent.  He was captured and revealed to be not actually a Sea Elf, but a Sahuagin Malenti.  Before any further information could be extracted from him, he and another Sahuagin died from some sort of psychic assault.
