Sammaster, ex-chosen of Mystra, Lich, founder of the Cult of the Dragon, author of Tome of the Dragon, and inventor of the method to create a Dracolich, transforms the Dracorage Mythal into his personal Phylactory, precipitating a Rage of Dragons that lasts an entire year. Sammaster and his Phylactory are destroyed within the year.
