Akkabar the Younger, eldest grandson and proclaimed heir of Syl-Pasha Shoon and father of King Amahl II of Tethyr, is murdered in a tavern brawl in Memnon.
King Amahl II of Tethyr dies and is succeeded by his only son, Amahl Shoon III, great-great-grandson of Syl-Pasha Akkabar Shoon the Elder.
The Syl-Pasha dies under mysterious circumstances while enchanting magical items deep beneath the Imperial Mount of Shoonach. King Amahl III suceeds his great-great-grandfather as ruler of Calimshan and Tethyr. After establishing a puppet regime on Tethyr's throne, he crowns himself Qysar ("emperor") Amahl Shoon III of the Shoon Imperium, which he rules from Shoonach.
The city of Athkatla is founded by the Shoon Imperium, in what will later become Amn.

The Spellplague was a disaster that struck Realmspace on 29th Tarsakh, the Year of Blue Fire, 1385 DR, and was caused by Midnight’s assassination at the hands of Cyric and Shar. With the goddess’s death, the Weave, the universal structure of arcane forces, convulsed. It continued for a decade, leading to the Wailing Years, during which arcane magic ceased to function and the planet of Toril was transformed. During this time, magic was unreliable, and most non-artifact magical items failed or behaved erratically. Cyric was found guilty of the murder of Mystra by Lathander, Sune, and Tyr, and is Imprisoned. Asmodeus ascends to godhood. Lathander transformed back into Amaunator. Significant changes were made to the alignment and existence of various planes. The Shadar-Kai are created. Chult becomes an Island and becomes populated with Dinosaurs.
As the Spellplague rages across Faerun, it unravels the High Elf magic of the Calimemnon Crystal, freeing the Genie Lords Calim and Memnon. Genasi who had been living as humans flock to the banner of their lords, and most humans in Calimshan are enslaved. Almraiven remains the sole bastion of human liberty in the region.
The Holy City of Ubtao - Mezro - is apparently destroyed during the Spellplague. All of its inhabitants are killed, and only the cursed ruins of the city remain. In reality, the Barae forsaw the coming destruction and transposed the entire city into a pocket dimension to save it. They left behind false ruins with hints of where they had gone in order to lure adherents of Ubtao and fool their enemies.
Most of the effects of the Spellplague end, except in a few areas known as Plaguelands.

Following the death of her mother, Tethyr crowns Queen Anais Rhindaun.
All nieces and nephews of Queen Anais of Tethyr are slain in a politically motivated attack, except for her niece Ysabel Linden, who becomes the sole heir to the throne. Ysabel's mother, Evonne, half-sister to the queen had tried to take the throne earlier in the year, and died in a separate attack at the same time.
Zemiyah is abducted by Yuan-Ti and transformed into a Yuan-Ti Pureblood. Her parents are killed or enslaved.

The Second Sundering, also known as the Sundering of Toril and Abeir, was a great catastrophic event in the history of the worlds of Abeir and Toril, that took place during the decade of the 1480s DR. It changed the relationship between mortals and gods, rearranged the multiverse, and ended the lingering effects of the Spellplague.
Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, Marshall of the Flaming Fist and Grand Duke of Baldur's Gate fights the sole other remaining Bhaalspawn. With only one remaining living Bhaalspawn in existence, Bhaal's plan is complete and the survivor of the battle transforms into the avatar of Bhaal. Bhaal joins the other members of The Dead Three (Bane and Myrkul) as Quasi-Divines, as none of them have the intent to follow Lord Ao's rule about interference with Mortals.
Through political maneuverings, Amn loses control of Port Nyanzaru and it is taken over by a council of Merchant Princes.

The Calm Delilah leaves Saltmarsh for Dead Man's Isle. After a successful expedition, if not a costly one, 1st Mate Lavina Wisp leads a mutiny which results in the loss of of the ship and the marooning of the survivors on Spiteful Shores. Over the course of the final seven days, the survivors are killed one by one by the cursed ghost of Lavina Wisp.
The temporal bubble destroyed by Zemiyah and Seftali in 1489 pops, creating the beginnings of the Maelstrom and destroying the Astral Prison containing Zellix'Phor.
Anders Solmor hires your party and the Persistent Imperial to find the Calm Delilah and secure an emerald idol from her wreck. Along the way, the Persistent Imperial encounters Captain Callous of the Red Fin and defeats him, as well as the remains of a strange metallic ship. After being attacked by the ghost of Lavina Wisp and becoming marooned on Spiteful Shores, the party discovers how to break the curse of the Calm Delilah and escape the island in the reconstituted ship.
The Monster Squad investigates a mysterious haunted mansion several miles outside of Saltmarsh. They discover it to be a front for a smuggling operation, and are hired by the Saltmarsh City Council to disband the sea side of the operation as well. The monster squad infiltrates The Sea Ghost killing most of the crew, and discovers that this ship has been smuggling large amounts of weapons to a hitherto unknown lizardfolk colony just outside Saltmarsh. The news of this sparks panic and rioting in Saltmarsh as its citizens fear imminent attack.
Zemiyah is hired by Mr Porter to fix a Sailskimmer race. She and several other Monster Squad members successfully manage to have The Flying Fireboat, a sailskimmer crewed by strange aquatic-looking Hobgoblins, arrive well ahead of everyone else. Surprisingly, the boat appears to not appear at all with no trace of the "Hobgoblins" at all, leaving the Monster Squad to win the race. Despite this, Mr. Porter seems very happy with Zemiyah's performance.
The Monster Squad hunts the notorious bandit Shredder who has been looting and murdering merchants on the road to Seaton. They pose as a merchant wagon and summarily execute the bandit and his Dire Wolves, earning a reward and some respect from Eliander Fireborn
The Monster Squad is charged by the Salt Marsh City Council to located the Dunwater Lizardfolk Lair, who have been buying smuggled weapons in vast quantities, to determine their strength and whether they intend to raid Saltmarsh. They instead form an alliance with the Lizardfolk and other sea races against the Sahuagin.
The Monster Squad kills a Black Dragon living in the swamps around the Dunwater river, and finds and raids its lair.
After the dinner celebrating the alliance against the Sahuagin, the sea elf ambassador from Myth Tarkir - Skirrtl - attempts to assassinate Queen Othokent of the Lizardfolk. She is saved by the Monster Squad, who also fight off Sahuagin attacks against the Lavinia's Folly, anchored nearby, by strange Sahuagin attackers, who have modified and mutated bodies. Skirrtl is discovered to not be a sea elf at all, but a Malenti spy. While being interrogated, both Skirrtl and another captured Sahuagin fall over dead with blood flowing from their ears through unknown means.
The Ibn Eboru arrives in Saltmarsh, heralding the opening of the planar rift known as the maelstrom to the west, and a threat against all of Toril.
A group of adventurers in Waterdeep find the Stone of Golorr and reveal the continued existence of Manshoon. They give the stone to the scion of the house of Neverember, who uses it to find his father's stolen wealth and uses it to restore honor to the family.
Ralayan activates the Death Curse to feed his Atropal, preventing resurrection from working and causing all those who have been previously resurrected to wither and die.

The Monster Squad leave Port Nyanzaru to find and end the Death Curse created by the Necromantic artifact known as the Soulmonger.
The Monster Squad find the ruins of the Order of the Gauntlet camp known as Camp Righteous and explore a temple to Man and Crocodile.
The monster squad arrive at the Heart of Ubtao and retrieve two lobsters (only one of whom survive) for the Aldani shaman Koura, and meet the lich Valinda Shadowmantle, a leading member of the Red Wizards of Thay. Valindra places a Geas upon Queeg, who cleverly draws attention to the fact that something is wrong and has the spell broken by Seftali.
The monster squad escort the Aldani shaman Koura to the lobster sanctuary, where she transfers her life essence to revive the dead lobster, and releases it back into the waters of the Aldani basin. This breaks the curse on the Aldani people and returns them to a near-human state.
A group of adventurers heads into the Hool marsh to investigate why the nearby Grippli have stopped sending greatly needed supplies to Saltmarsh. They find that a group of Yuan-Ti have displaced the Grippli from their village and that these Yuan-Ti seem to be working with a mysterious "magitek" infused armored person, also seen the night that the Dunwater Lizardfolk were attacked.
The monster squad is attacked in night in the jungles of Chult. The tortle guide Kwilgok is decapitated by a horrific long-limbed creature and the mysterious Eku (Ekuverieli) is presumed lost fighting a Nalfeshnee named Hydralox.

After finding the remains of the Iron Field and Company of the Yellow Banner camps, the Monster Squad solves the remaining Omuan puzzle shrines and opens the Tomb of the Nine Gods.
The Monster Squad destroys the Soulmonger by breaking its supports and casting it into a pool of lava, and kills the Atropal feeding off the souls it had gathered. While countless souls have been devoured, lost forever, countless more have been saved, ending the death curse and preventing the ascension of the Atropal to Godhood.
The Church of Entropy discover a hidden path in the supposed ruins of Mezro which open a portal to the true Mezro, hidden on a demi-plane. Artus Cimber and the Monster Squad destroy one of the statues activating this portal just before they are able to cross over and create havoc, but also cutting off Artus from Mezro and his wife.
A cruise on the Primewater Pleasure goes awry when Skerrin Wavechaser and Wellgar Brinehanded are murdered aboard. Can we find the culprit before the ship returns to Saltmarsh?
The Lavinia's Folly makes the journey from Port Nyanzaru to Calimport
Zemiyah accidentally releases a powerful Dao which she found in the Tomb of the Nine Gods. The Dao curses her with the Sands of Time, which fill her body and cause her to begin rapidly aging. With the assistance of a powerful elven (undead?) spellcaster named Pharos and a village of Earthsoul Genasi, Zemiyah is cured, but she and the rest of the Monster Squad are sent in time to 1/1/1489. That parallel timeline is tracked in Time Ripping
An expedition to recover critical magical items for the fight against the Sahuagin leads to a ship adrift and its crew missing.
The Monster Squad will return to their native timeline.
The Dunwater Alliance assaults and crushes the Sahuagin Threat, killing the Mind Flayer Thiliossk in the process. In doing so they discover that the Sahuagin are a pawn of some bigger threat, Zellix'Phor - a name they have heard before - and that the city states of the sword coast are in peril.
Count Gerold Gallum has arrived in Saltmarsh, to personally take control over the town council and the rebuilding efforts. He brings an entourage of supplies and craftsmen who over the coming weeks build several improvements to Saltmarsh, including the beginnings of the Count's new estate. Trade blossoms anew, and people begin flocking to Saltmarsh in droves, growing the small town into a bustling city.
Elturel, the Capital city of Elturgard, is pulled into Avernus as the 50 years of the pact expires.

Liara Portyr announces she has taken over command of The Flaming Fists and is joining the Council of Four after the death of Duke Ulder Ravengard.
The Lavinia's Folly makes port in Baldur's Gate.
Baldur's Gate is attacked by the Black Armada. The assault is led by a well known pirate named Wulfgar, who attacked along side a number of sea monstrosities. The aim of this attack was apparently to kidnap the mage Lorroakan who resides in Ramazith's Tower.
Neverwinter is attacked by ghost ships flying the flag of The Black Armada, captained by Bartholomew Blackdagger. The ships sailed up Neverwinter River and stormed the House of Knowledge before sailing off.
Waterdeep is attacked by a swarm of Sahuagin in conjunction with a ship flying the flag of The Black Armada. The attacks seemed to focus on various homes and businesses in the Dock Ward, as well as a great deal of activity in the Harbor.
The Monster Squad arrives at Candlekeep to meet with Sylvira Savikas and unlock the Infernal Puzzle Box that belonged to Thavius Kreeg.
The Monster Squad becomes quarantined in the Firefly Cellar under Candlekeep after being cursed by Shimshime's Bedtime Rhyme. Zemiyah uses telekinesis to pull a large statue of a book down on Shimshime, sealing it away, but killing her as well.
An attempt is made to reincarnate Zemiyah, and a new body is grown for her (an emerald Dragonborn), but her soul is prevented from returning to the body for some reason. The soul is revealed to be in the Nine Hells.
After discovering the pact between High Watcher Najandi and Archduke Zariel which has plunged Elturel into Avernus, the monster squad planeshifts there with the help of Sylvira and the mage Traxidor (who is permenantly polymorphed into an Otter). They seal an abyssal portal there, stabilizing the situation, and head to the Avernian surface to find the Sword of Zariel and some way to save Elturel, as well as locate Zemiyah's soul coin.
The Monster Squad arrives at Fort Knucklebones - an Avernian outpost run by a Night Hag named Mad Maggie. Maggie moonlights in Zariel Lore, and is very interested to learn more of the Zariel mythos from a primary source - Lulu. She informs the characters that she can help restore Lulu's memories using her Dream Machine, if they can locate parts to repair it. They also trade Zemiyah's Wand of Fear to Maggie in exchange for the location of her soul coin, which is in the hands of a Warlord named Princeps Kovik, leader of The Eighth Remnant.
The monster squad finds and destroys The Eighth Remnant. This warlord band was led by Princeps Kovik, the devil that Zemiyah pinned to the wall and killed during the adventure in the Tomb of the Nine Gods, and he bound her soul into a coin out of spite. Freeing her soul allows the druidic magic to work, and Zemiyah is reincarnated - however this comes with a cost. Zemiyah's new body is no longer a Yuan-Ti, but is instead that of an Emerald Dragonborn.
Having found the missing pieces to repair Mad Maggie's dream machine, the Monster Squad brings Lulu the Hollyphant back to Mad Maggie and learns the location of the Sword of Zariel.
Queeg retrieves the Sword of Zariel, changing forever into an angelic form.
Queeg returns the Sword of Zariel - and a spark of her divine soul - to the Archduchess of Hell, and the Monster Squad convinces her to reject Asmodeus. Zariel abandons hell and assists in returning Elturel to its rightful place in Faerun.

Count Gerald Gallum is killed by Ralayan the Occultacle in Saltmarsh. The Monster Squad fights a pack of werewolves, including a particularly large one, and runs some of them off.
