Manufacturing process

The stainless steel, nickel, and titanium ingots are stacked and twisted together, folded in thirds, then forged into a wavy blade with a raised central spine. Once cooled, a leaf-shaped leather patch is placed just below the handle, the handle is cross-wrapped in a leather strip to hold the leaf in place, and a pyramid-shaped nickel pommel is added to hold the handle material in place. This pommel also aids in battle by allowing the user to hit an opponent in the head, causing severe damage or even death.
