Barker's Tavern

The Tavern was made from a kit, that came in a flat box, the way it would if a certain chain of Swedish furniture stores sold houses. These kinds of structures are very common in the Coalition colonies, and come in a series of different models, depending on the intended purpose of the building. It’s primarily shops and other businesses, but there’s a version that be used as a home as well. The kit buildings are more versatile than the prefabricated cube homes for colonies, because the modular design of the kits allows for combining several kits to make larger buildings.

The tavern kit that Barker used is one of the simpler structures, consisting of a large main room, that is the tavern and a smaller storage room in the back, plus one toilet for the guests. The tavern kit is not rated to be used as a home, but Barker keeps a cot in the storage room, and he has nowhere else to go.
