Semele City Council
The local government of Semele City convene in a conference hall in Hotel Silenus which they use free of charge, without any reprocity expected of them. Some have suggested that there is corruption going on, and they could so easily be right, if it wasn’t for the fact that Crystal Daffodil always disprove the accusations with total transparency of her actions and her involvement in the ruling of the city and The Maenads. The accusers try to use the fact that the Daffodil Family owns the entire archipelago, but their claims are always proven to be slander.
