Burgomaster
The Burgomaster title is bestowed upon upon one, or three depending on region. It usually means a Master of the Town, Borough, Fortress or Citizens. They govern the area similar to a mayor. They govern the relative region and / or people, and usually appointed this case by the higher ranking nobility.

The rank is usually someone who the higher ranks of a town or municipality sees as the perfect person to run the day-to-day workings of a region of their territory.
