#00031A is the first file created by The Controller detailing the origin and home of @ry. These documents were heavily encrypted until deciphered by Angela Mason and Tori Brightheart just over a year after their aquisition.
As Ryan is a transgender man, Angela has taken steps to redact and correct all instances of his deadname and outdated pronouns.

Origin of Psychic Potential: An interesting case. The child appears to have been conceived in one of very few places of power in the United States.
Notes: I almost overlooked this child. Initially I deemed the psychic spike I detected upon ███ his birth to be coincidental or one of the many lesser cases within the country -- however, upon looking into a hunch I discovered the child was in fact conceived close to the town of Vulfield (file ref. _). It seems the mother had travelled east across the United States in search of better living conditions and ended up in Scotland for the purpose of marrying a tourist she met along the way. Further observation may be necessary here.
Addendum 1997-12-19: Much like the previous child I have observed (file ref. #00031B), this one has been diagnosed Autistic -- but ██ he is definitely showing potential for the program. A wider data pool will be useful, I suppose. Perhaps this will give me a headstart on ironing out human imperfections.
