Aerendir

Aerendir was found abandoned and malnourished on the shorelines of
Thalmara when he was but an infant. Whether he was left to his fate by his elven kin, or washed ashore as the sole survivor of a derelict elven barge is unknown. He was discovered by a group of human wayfarers searching the shore for flotsam. Nurtured by their healer through many moons, he swiftly regained his strength and grew strong and agile. Aerendir soon proved to be a potent hunter and a cunning tracker, and accompanied the humans on their journeys as a member of their kin throughout his early years. However, with the passing of time, his elven heart, and the ancient heritage of his bloodline had him in unrest and inevitably drew him towards his destiny. One starry night, hidden by the shadows, he relinquished his human family to explore his past and regain his elven honour. He spent many years solemnly travelling far and wide, searching for answers, and in the process came to train at the guilds of many a trade and skills. He was soon a master of the arts of the blade and the bow, and his swiftness and deadliness in battle was unprecedented in the mortal world. Albeit discovered near the ocean, and accustomed to the ways of the sea, Aerendir has always felt a deep kinship to the trees. Forests soothes his yearnings, and the leaves under his gentle step are ever silent. He leaps among the branches, and knows every wood by heart. Aerendir, the Sea Wanderer, now roams the Twilight Kingdoms as the Silent Searcher and the Unknown Wanderer, always awake, always watchful.
