Ihapi, The Bird of Death

Stories persist among the Vahobu of a massive bird-monster that carries storms in its wake, snatches hobu up by the hair, and whose cry is so loud it stops the heart and causes mountains to shake. To the Vahoba, it is Death Incarnate, and they named it such.
