Businessman Harland Lowell

Harland is a small, hairy man who is the proprietor of "Lowell's Reused Goods" in the Rim. Unofficially, he is known as a low-level information broker who operates his business almost thuggishly. He seems to be able to stay out of the spotlight himself, though he has repeatedly been brought under investigation for potentially illegal practices in his shops prior to them being banned from the ATS.
Though being originally from the ATS, he now presents himself as a Rimmer. He forgoes the flashy attire and bright colors of the ATS for the muted, simple fashion of his new customers on the Rim.
