Krasian SpecOps Collapsible Blade

The SpecOps Collapsible Blade is a sword in a Katana-based design intended to fold down and snap out for smuggling and quick strikes from stealth on unarmored opponents. It is treated more like an elongated assassin's blade than a proper sword, especially compared to the sturdy, durable designs used as melee weapons by other Krasian specialists. While the blade can be deadly against unarmored opponents, it is also known for being fragile and prone to snapping when struck from the side.
The blade is designed and produced by a subcontractor for the Krasian Meritocracy and is not authorized for public purchase.
