Carnissus

Carnissus the Wise is the sole deity of the religion of Carnissism. His believers credit him with the creation of the world, and he is said to prevent disasters from happening to his most devout followers, known as Carnissists. His temple is located in the ancient city of Plaam in Merengia. Making a specific sequence of offerings to Carnissus, known as the Rites of Protection, is believed to remove obstacles and ensure safety on voyages, hunts, and large undertakings.
