The Dredgers

The Dredgers are a criminal group in The Gulch. The gang is rumoured to fully fully of the victims of failed executions - convicted criminals from Garrigill who were thrown into the ravine as punishment for their crimes. They now spend their time in the lower reaches of the Gulch, surviving however they can.
