An elvish bower, a light-weight bivouac that would be open to the air except that the spaces between the supporting timber is covered by stretched hides. Unlike other bowers, they're permanently nailed into place and painted with arcane symbols: demons, stars, the moon, the sun, and great, unspeakable beasts prowling under ground.
