Description
Outer
A three-story tower. Newly but crudely built of rough sawn timber, sealed and coated with unevenly-fired clay. The final story is an open viewing platform, but the first floor has a wrap-around catwalk.
A short distance away, on a green, is a set of archery butts. They, and the area around them, are covered in bolts.

Some of the soldiers will use their crossbows to shoot at the archery butts while bored.

Some of the soldiers have bought crossbows at cost from
Meedt refugees. They're still figuring them out and so roll 1d12! to attack with them.
