A single-story building, although the roof is a flat patio. Smells heavily of fish and wet wood, despite it mainly being stone construction.
About 500 yards to the south-east is the tannery.

Tunnels to a house near the Small Port where suspicious goods are loaded and unloaded. These are pretty much unused now that they've pivoted to getting refugees out of
Meedt.

In winter and spring, used to make stock fish. In summer and fall, used to host parties.
Notes
Smuggling
Most of the smuggling is to avoid taxes and tariffs. With
Meedt in flames, that has pretty much dried up, the smuggling has swapped to getting refugees to safety.
