Description
An open room with two lines of desks facing a large chair on a raised dais. At the desks, qwibs keep their heads down and do sums and calculation interest while, from the chair, another qwib watches for those slacking off (not doing sums fast enough), getting the sums wrong (which they can obviously intuite without actually checking), or making eye contact). If they see a violation, the qwib grabs the whip at their belt and strikes the offender.
