A simple stone well. A rope and pulley is also attached but no bucket (you have to bring your own).

Ongi

Ongi is set up as a begger: asking for food, a drink of water, and coin, if you can spare it.
He is actually stationed there by the Otter’s Eyes to overhear watercooler talk.
