The Humble Servant
History
It isn't known where this tradition came from but it's believed that it was done first to mock the ancient denizens of Frans who undertook a similar practice with small birds. Now it is a matter of great celebration and perverse joy among the court.
Execution
The Humble servant is a particularly brutal ritual carried out be the highest ranked among The dance of lords and ladies when they join the upper echelons. They are presented with one of their most loyal sprites who bathes in wine before fhem and presents themselves to their lord or lady, who then drowns the young creature and them consumes them whole in one bite, bones and all. The blood of the the victim and lord or lady mix in the consumer's mouth creating a flavor that is unparalleled in all the world.
Components and tools
The Unseelie fey take great plreasure in raising such a humble servant from the Sprite population of their home dutchies and letting them become close with the up and coming noble. In the case that a Lord or Lady can't be trusted to keep a companion smaller than them alive, any old Sprite will do.
The liquid the Sprite is drowned in is also of great importance, respected members of the court often lay in for incredibly rare spirits while members who are being scorned or even betrayed may find the subtle wine replaces with vinegar, urine, or other bodily fluids.

Participants
All sorts of Fey come to attend a "Humble Servant" though only the imbiber and their prize are at the table. They are separated from the rest of the room by a large screen which is backlit so that the entire grisly affair can be viewed by the whole dance in shadow.
Observance
The Humble servant is done whenever a lower noble is granted a high noble title, or as a reward for a great victory.
Content Warning:
This is a vile practice meant to show the absolute insane cruelty of the Fey. This sort of horror should never be something the PCs engage in and will only ever enter play as a horrific situation, either as a nightmare or vision or example of how bad and cruel The dance of lords and ladies actually are.
