Loec, the Sovereign is the god of nobility, authority and justice. They are the patron god of rulers, governments, judiciaries, and the upper classes. Loec is one of Toutorix's Chosen, accended to godhood after the First Incursion. Since then they have taken up the role as the leading deity of the Chosen. Loec was a high elf before they accended, and is often depicted as tall and willowy with long hair. They were the greatest monarch the Elves of Zendikar ever elected as leader, and ruled their people for centuries before accending to godhood.
The Aspect of Loec is rulers and governments. Loec is worshiped in every city and Tamedfolk settlement in the World, as each society has people to lead them, and they worship the Sovereign to guide them.
