Oenone, the Hearthtender is the goddess of Hearth, Home and Love. She is the patron goddess of homebuilders, caretakers, surgeons and lovers. Oenone is one of Toutorix's Chosen, accended to godhood after the First Incursion. Since then she has watched over people's homes, and kept their communities safe. Oenone was a respected matriarch when she was mortal. During the First Incursion she took care of the wounded, soothed the dying, and protected their undefended homes. She was offered godhood on behalf of her kindness and boundless love.
The Aspect of Oenone is love and protection. She is worshiped by caretakers and homemakers across Dunia. Her folowers pray to her for the health and happiness of their families and friends. She is worshiped as the sanctifier of mariages and can provide the miricle of childbirth for those physically unable to do so. Pregnant people pray to Oenone for healthy children and surgeons offer prayers to her for wisdom and skill.
