Illuamor and Estrella manage to find Tadashi and returns to the rest of the party on a Slugknee along with Scurra. Scurra is introduced to the rest of the party as a random clown who isn't meant to join them at all. The party enters the main government building of Glantry that holds the Assembly of the Sixteen Territories of the Lolos Republic. The 16 are not at all impressed with the party and can't believe they're supposed to be the heroes meant to spy on the Elysian Empire for them. The party starts to split and points out that Illuamor murdered a man, causing the Assembly to burst into a massive arguement over whether they were truly sent by Amarus.

Scurra is introduced to the rest of the party as a random clown who isn't meant to join them at all. The party enters the main government building of Glantry that holds the Assembly of the Sixteen Territories of the Lolos Republic. The 16 are not at all impressed with the party and can't believe they're supposed to be the heroes meant to spy on the Elysian Empire for them. The party starts to split and points out that Illuamor murdered a man, causing the Assembly to burst into a massive arguement over whether they were truly sent by Amarus. Illuamor trying to call Amarus as proof but only getting a dial tone didn't help matters. Illuamor is saved from being arrested by the Assembly when Oracle Karma enters and confirms that the party truly was shown to him in the vision sent by Amarus. Karma also states that if the party refuses to take on the quest of spying on the Elysian Empire to prevent war and gathering the crown pieces, that he would throw them all in prison. However, if they accepted the quest and returned alive, they would be heavily rewarded. Illuamor gives his word that he would do his best to help them. After the party leaves the Assembly, Estrella immediately tries to leave the party. When she tries to get onto the airship with everyone else, she slips and almost falls to her death until Illuamor saves her at the cost of his own life. Estrella ends up coming with them to return the debt.
