The Battle for Troll Country

The battle for Troll Country was the largest and longest battle Emperor Morbo had fought in his campaign to take over The Old World. After 8 months, he retreated in defeat.

While Emperor Morbo continued his march north conquring all, he planned on concurring everything south of the Chaos Wastes but after a few thousand crossed the River Lynsk, they where suddanly attacked by trolls. The Storm Troopers where cought off guard for they expected not much protest from the locals and definitely not an attack of this magnitude. All troops died for they where no match for the Trolls.   But when Morbo heared of the failure, he did not just give up. Instead he sent out his army, batteling with the trolls for months and after the famed Troll Hunter died, he seemed to be winning as moral was down but unfortunately at that point the Giants appeared... They came to help the Trolls to defend Troll Country and with their combined force, Morbo realized that the cost of men needed to defeat them would not be worth it and retreated and left the River Lynsk as the border.
