Garou

Garou is a term used by the wolf Changing Breed to identify their race and culture. The term is used nearly interchangeably with Garou Nation. According to their own mythology, the Garou were designed to be Gaia's fangs and claws and they are quite adept at this. Today, after The War of Rage, they are among the most numerous Changing Breeds that still exist. In part due to their more uninterrupted development as a species due to suffering some of the lesser losses during the War of Rage, being the victors, the Garou are one of the most ethnically and culturally diverse of the Fera, rivalled only by the Bastet. They are made up of a large collection of ethnically associated tribes each with a unique culture and set of practices, united under the Garou Nation and their representation of Gaia. So far only some of these tribes are known to the Greenbriar Fera pack.
