Per Belor Hemlock .... These are members of the Bunyip Club. Most likely trying to get rich on the lumber trade.
Tsuto Kaijitsu hired the bandits. It's still unknown what connections Jubrayl Vhiski (Alleged Bunyip Club Boss) and Aliver “Pillbug” Podiker have to this attack and their part in the Sandpoint attack with Tsuto.
