Crafting Armor & Weapons - Mundane & Masterwork Only

The following will need to be completed:

1. Find a smithy that has the appropriate tools. This would involve meeting with Savah Bevaniky to discuss using (renting) Savah's Armory
2. Negotiate the terms of agreement for the renting and using tools (Social Combat - DM / Player will execute)
3. Craft and/or Profession rolls will be made complete success / failure (which could increase cost)
