Savah's Armory
Savah's Armory, owned and run by Savah Bevaniky, can be found on Tower Street in Sandpoint. It sells many types of armor and weapons, including well-made items and exotic weapons such as spiked chains, shuriken, and rotating magical weapons and armor. Savah is more than capable of turning mundane items into masterwork items.
The building was damaged during the Sandpoint Fire of 4702 AR, but thanks to Bevaniky's quick work, it did not cause any irreparable damage.
Until relatively recently, high-priced magic items that showed up for sale in Savah’s tended to sit on their display shelves and gather dust, but with the increasing number of adventurers who pass through Sandpoint on their way to or from the latest Thassilonian ruin or other site of adventure, magic items come and go here with much more frequency.

Purpose / Function
Shop sells all manner of weapons and armor, including several masterwork items and exotic weapons. You can assume that the armory always has all simple and martial weapons in stock, with a 75% chance for an exotic weapon, a 50% chance for a non-exotic masterwork weapon or any masterwork armor, and a 25% chance for an exotic masterwork weapon. If the armory is lacking an item, Savah Bevaniky can have anything non-magical ordered from Magnimar with a 2–3 day turnaround.

This ornate armor is said to protect its wearer from the song of a siren. Organ the bold, fearlessly vanquished a kraken in the Steaming Sea, allowing ships to once again open trading routes between Riddleport and Magnimar.
