Merielle was first encountered when Tharuzall and Pandereos were searching for smuggled women coming through Sandpoint.
The encounter went poorly as they decimated the smugglers and accidentally sent the prison wagon flying through the air. She was the only survivor.
She remembers being imprisoned with other women. One of those happened to be Persephone. Persephone was always sad, as she mentioned her life ended when her brother, Pandereos, was thrown into the Hell (Magnimar’s notorious prison). It wasn’t long after she was sold into bondage.
