The biggest city in the princedom ruled by High Lord Sadeas and House Sadeas, it is a Northern city, nestled at the base of the Niatara Peaks and on the shores of Lake Deleau

Demographics

An even mix like the average population, with a higher level of Dragonborn than most cities due to their proximity to the Niatara Peaks (which have multiple tribal establishments nearby)

Government

The government of Tomat is run by High Lord Sadeas and his vassal lords, which has lead to rampant nepotism. Sadeas is very hard on corruption, so many of his lords aren't very corrupt, but if it benefits Sadeas, he has a tendency to look the other way.

Defences

The Tomats have a strong wall surrounding House Sadeas' seat of power. Tomats also has the added bonus of a well system that is fed by the snowmelt of the Niatara Peaks, making it impossible to poison the water supply.

Tomat is basically a mining town that turned into a city. Sadeas has had multiple monuments to himself and the Alethi way of life. It has a basic aqueduct which provides water from snow melt, and a central sewer system. There is a number of privately owned infrastructure like a well maintained dock for fishing, fish cleaners, and well maintained roads. Buildings vary for dilapidated to opulent
